WAITLIST

We are making every effort to increase capacity.
We will invite more college programs and add field space in the coming weeks.
We anticipate accepting athletes off our waitlist the last week of September to the 1st week of October.

BUT YOU MUST REGISTER
Waitlisted athletes will be given first consideration.

How it works:

Athletes registered to our waitlist will be given first consideration.
It is a paid waitlist. Pay only a deposit or pay in full.
RISK FREE. If we cannot accept you, a full refund will be returned to you.
You can take yourself off the waitlist at anytime and receive a full refund.
When accepted, your registration will automatically transfer to full participant status and all refund and transfer policies will then apply.
You will be notified by email of your acceptance.

We do our best to open more space once we see the configuration of clinics and demand for those clinics. Our goal, at the very least, is to give every participant their top three college choices. We believe in quality over quantity.

PRICING:
$379 entry plus $60 per clinic

The "Entry Fee" is $379. We have a convenient and free payment plan. Deposit is only $89.
1. This guarantees you a roster spot into this program, gives you access to register for any available college clinic, any free forum or talk hosted at the event, plus our keep your LineUP jersey.
Additional individual clinic pricing is $60. per clinic. (Rivalry Games are $75. per game for field players and $50. for goalies)
1. You have the option to register for as many clinics as you like. Each clinic will cost $60. The top 3 clinics are not included in the $379 entry fee.

We recommend athletes purchase insurance in case of injury or illness and they may need to cancel. More info HERE.
LineUP has a 3.99% registration/credit card service fee.

REGISTER:
It's a 3-step process. The process is different for field players & goalkeepers:

FIELD PLAYERS:
Phase I for Field Players:
Register for the Entry Fee

We will have a paid waitlist. Typically we are able to accept a number of athletes off the waitlist after phase 2. Make sure to check your email, as we will email you if you get off the waitlist. You will get your money back if you do not get off the waitlist.

Phase 2:
College Clinic Sign-up - for your top 3 clinics

Every athlete is guaranteed their top 3 clinics (just make sure to register for your top 3 clinics by the phase 2 deadline!)
View the 'registration deadlines' for dates.
We will email you the registration link for the college clinics. You will then go in and select your top 3 clinics for $60/clinic.
1. If you register for more than 3 clinics in this phase, our staff will randomly delete one of your clinics.
  1. This is to ensure all athletes get their top 3 clinics (we wouldn't want one athlete's 5th choice booking up another athlete's 1st choice!)
2. If you forget to register during this phase, you can register later - but most likely a handful of clinics could be sold-out by then. We cannot guarantee your top 3 clinics if they are not registered for during this phase.

It is our goal that every athlete gets to work with their top 3 coaches. During phase 2, if you cannot sign-up for your top 3 clinics, please email info@lineupfh.com so we can help. We cannot guarantee your top choices, but we will do everything in our power. If you are unable to select your top 3 target coaches within the first 48 hours of Phase 2 opening, we will offer you a full refund within this 48 hour time period.

Phase 3:
Additional Clinic Sign-ups

At this time, we will also let a group of athletes off the waitlist.
All athletes have the option to register for additional clinics.
1. We encourage registering for 4 or 5 clinics, it works in your favor, but we strongly discourage from doing 7+ (you need breaks!).

GOALKEEPERS:
You will have the same registration process and field players, with a few adjustments to ensure you get to work with your top coaches, as we limit each college clinic to just 2 goalkeepers:

1) When you register for your entry fee in Phase I, you will then select in a form you top 3 clinics.
2) Our staff in the backend will work out magic to ensure all goalies get their top 3 choices and in the backend will enroll you in your clinics.
3) We will then email you your 3 invoices. Make sure to pay these before Phase 3.
4) Check out 'Registration Deadlines' for your dates.
5) Emily Snowden, The Goalie Trainer, is our Director of Goalkeeping. Emily will be at all LineUPs and you can choose to register for her specialized goalie training during Phase 3!

Example Schedule

Will Post Actual Game Schedule Prior to Clinic Sign-up (Phase 2)

- is a new talent ID game-play innovation. Experience up-close, head-to-head competitive game action with the college coach of your choice. You pick the game, time AND coach!

In addition to selecting your time and game, you will select which team and coach you play for!
There will be a total of 8 games, each game segment is 55 minutes.
Games will be 7v7 with 4 alternating field players as subs. Equal play time for all. With small game play, it means lots of touches on the ball and lots of action!
2, 20-minute halves - 40 minutes of game action with 15 minutes devoted prior to the game and at half-time to coaching instruction by your selected coach.
Rosters are max'd at only 10 field players & 2 goalkeeper per team.
- SMALL AND INTIMATE
- Designed to allow maximum touches on the ball!!!
Each game is $75 per field player and $50 per goalie (optional to join, and not required).
In addition to the competing Rivalry team coach, there may be other LineUP coaches watching from the sideline.
As mentioned, registering for a Game is optional (totally fine if you do not want to play in a game and just want to focus clinics).
Players will be rotated throughout the game for EQUAL PLAYING TIME.
Goalies will share equally by playing one half.
You are not guaranteed to play your primary position the whole time. This is a time to show the college coaches your adaptability. Remember: no matter where you are on the field, you play all positions :)
A Rivalry Game is available on a first to register, space available basis. Because each team is limited to just 10 field players and 2 goalies, spots go very quick for popular games. There is a chance the software will show the game available when you first go to register, but when you check-out there is a chance it could get booked during that time.
Registration for Rivalry Games will open on May 21 with additional clinics.
DI Rivalry Games will be available to the class of 2025 and 2026.
DII and DIII Rivalry Games will be available to the class of 2024, 2025, 2026
Not every school attending the LineUP will be doing a Rivalry Game. We will select schools based on demand.

PREPARE

Arrival Time:

Arrive at least 45 minutes before your first clinic.
We are opening check-in at 7:15am for athletes who registered for an 8am clinic.

Sign-in:

Check in at the LineUP booth to sign-in & get your jersey.
You will also receive a reminder list of the clinics you are registered for.
We will have the day schedule available so you always know where to be at what time.

End Time:

You can leave once your last clinic of the day is completed. It's your schedule to arrange.

COVID Policies:

There are no restrictions or requirements at this time.

Packing list:

Water bottle, water & extra water!
The facility will have water but we suggest bringing your own water and bring an extra water bottle if you have clinics back to back.
Lunch & lots of snacks
It can be a long day! Most of our athletes will be there for 8+ hours, make sure to bring enough food and snacks to keep you energized.
We will provide a jersey that you get to keep. If you have a certain type of tank or T-shirt you prefer to wear under a jersey, we encourage you to bring it.
Goalies - we will provide a GK shirt with a number.
Wear this jersey all day so college coaches can easily recognize you!
All your standard OUTDOOR hockey gear - mouth guard, shin guards, any tape, or anything you need to rock and roll on the field all day long. The event is indoors - but will be outdoor rules and equipment.
Your hockey notebook & pen
Questions for the college coach. Ok ok, you can't physically pack this. But come prepared with questions!

Weather:

This event will not be canceled nor postponed due to inclement weather.
This event will occur inside.

Jersey:

We will supply you with a jersey with your own unique number at registration, you will get to keep this jersey.
We have given each coach the list of each athlete with each athlete’s jersey number so they can easily ID you.

Parents & Fans:

Cannot go on the turf field. Viewing from the stands or outside of the fenced area only. Be careful of balls.
Sorry, parents are not allowed to film the college clinics.
Parents can listen-in on the College Prep Q&A but are not allowed to participate (we found that parents take over the conversation when we allow them to ask questions!)

Clinics:

To get the most out of the day, we suggest registering for 3 or more clinics, but no more than 6 or 7. We strongly advise against registering for 3+ clinics in a row, as you will want a break. More details on this in our FAQ.

College Prep Q&A:

We will host a 30-minute College Prep Q&As with different college coaches. Times will be posted at the event.
Athletes - please come prepared with questions to ask the college coaches!
This is designed to be an interactive and educational experience between the coach and the athlete. We are allowing parents to listen in (think you're a fly on the wall!) because we know how crucial a parent's role is in the recruiting process.

Insurance:

We strongly suggest all athletes purchase insurance. This will protect you against sickness and/or injury prior to this event - providing a full refund when not offered by the LineUP cancellation policy. LineUP does not offer refunds or credits if you get sick or injured. More info HERE.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We now offer an awesome transfer program, where up to 22 days before your LineUP, you can transfer into a different LineUP (free of cost!)! Learn more by scrolling below. AND, we now offer you extensive cancellation insurance through Next Wave's RegSaver!

Please read and understand our policy in full before filling out the form.

If you cancel up to 22 days prior or more to your LineUP event:
- Transfer your registration to another date - FREE of cost! See FAQ #5 for details
  - we are unable to transfer your registration into a date your are already registered for.
    OR Choose...
- To receive a full refund less $89.
- In addition, college clinic registrations will be refunded with either option chosen.
If you cancel within 21 days to your LineUP event:
- No refund, credit or transfer can be offered.
- Regardless of cancellation reason, including but not limited to injury, sickness, travel issues, making a select team, club, Nexus, boarding school restrictions etc.
- We STRONGLY encourage CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
Please understand, we cannot replace you with someone on the waitlist within 21 days, as your jersey and number have been assigned and all materials have been printed with your name, number and individual details - in addition clinics have been locked-in and finalized, coaches have been paid for your clinic participation too. Each athlete has been coded and assigned and cannot be replaced within 21 days. Unlike other events, LineUP manages each athlete's customized schedule, coordinating 200+ athlete schedules sometimes creating over 2500 individual clinic hours for each event; this takes multiple full time staff a few weeks to review and prepare.

However if you choose to transfer and not cancel (outside of 21 days to the event) fill out the transfer form, You can find details about transferring in FAQ question "Can I transfer event registration to a different LineUP?".

INSURANCE: We STRONGLY encourage the insurance HERE. This is a 3rd party insurance that we recommend you purchase. Please be aware, within 14 days of your LineUP, we cannot offer any refund nor credit for ANY reason. This is why we offer insurance.

COLLEGE COMMITMENT: The only exception to the cancellation policy is if you verbally commit with a college program. If this is the case, we have to know outside of 21 days of your LineUP with an email written to info@lineupfh.com specifying the name of the program your daughter verbally committed to, along with the date of that commitment (the sooner we know the better). You will receive a full refund less $45 service charge. Within 21 days of the event we are unable to offer any refund.

HOCKEY SELECTIONS/NEXUS: If you are waiting on hockey selections that might overlap or interfere with the LineUP you registered for, this includes a club travel team, Nexus, a USA select team or any other special team, we cannot make any special exceptions. We encourage you to communicate with the organizer of that selection team prior to registering for LineUP and don't recommend doubling up on events. Outside of 21 days of your LineUP date, we offer our transfer program, so communicate with that organization by then. We cannot make any special exceptions per NCAA compliance.

SORRY, WE CAN'T MAKE EXCEPTIONS: Because this event is a college co-op and LineUP works with NCAA coaches in hosting, we cannot make any special exceptions to our cancellation policy. This would break NCAA compliance. By registering for the LineUP, you are aware of our cancellation policy. You also signed off on this in our waivers when you registered.

TRANSFER POLICY

Yes! We want to offer this flexibility to you. Fill out this form but make sure to read the policy in full before you do:

You can transfer up until 22 days prior to your LineUP date. Note, that within 21 days of your LineUP date transferring is not an option.
You can only transfer once (so please be 100% confident because we can't transfer you again off of that transfer).
A transfer can only be completed for one player. We can not transfer registrations between siblings.
LineUP sells out quickly, good chance the LineUP you want to transfer into is already sold out - therefore, we will hold fifteen transfer spots in each sold-out LineUP for transfers.
- SO - even if the website says sold out, there is a good chance that there is still a spot you can transfer into!
- However if all 15 transfer spots are already taken, we cannot transfer you into that date (sorry, we can't overbook!)
- Email us and we can let you know how many transfer spots are avail. We will also try to keep this available on the website.
Our staff will transfer your entry fee/date in the backend.
- We will cancel and refund the college clinics you registered for (if you registered for any) from your original LineUP.
- Then, we will email you the new link to register for your college clinics for your new LineUP, which you will register for on your own (just like normal).
  - Note - your college clinics do NOT get transferred! They get cancelled and refunded. Then you re-register for college clinics in your new event when available
  - Do NOT register for the LineUP you want to be transferred into after you filled out the transfer form. We CANNOT transfer balances or monies. Our staff will make the final transfer of your registration on the backend.
  - If you chose the payment plan - you will be locked into the original payment plan payment dates.
  - If the new, transferred to, event cost more than the original event, you will be responsible for paying the difference prior to 21 days to the new event.
If the LineUP date you want to transfer into is already in Phase III of college clinic registrations - most likely a handful of those college clinics are already sold out.
- In this case, we can send you the college clinic availability before you make the decision to transfer into this LineUP date, to ensure the clinics you want are currently available. This way, you can make an informed decision.
You can transfer into any LineUP that is listed on our event page (assuming the 15 transfer spots aren't already taken)
The Transfer program is not eligible if there is a COVID event (such as a dead period or local/state indoor restriction) that prevents the LineUP from happening, or changes the LineUP event. Please read our COVID cancellation policy to learn more in the circumstance that COVID changes or cancels this event.
