  • End Time:
    • Last clinic ends at 7:00pm

    • Water bottle, water & extra water!
      • The facility will have water but  we suggest bringing your own water and bring an extra water bottle  if you have clinics back to back.

      • It’s a long day and night! Most of our athletes will be there for 10 hours, make sure to bring enough food and snacks to keep you energized.
    • We will provide you with your own individually numbered pinnie that you get to keep. If you have a certain type of tank or T-shirt you prefer to wear under pinnie we encourage you to bring it.
      • Goalies - we will provide a numbered GK shirt.

    • Follow us @thelineupfh
    • If you have a hockey account - DM us from that account so we can repost!

      • Goalies play in more games. We assign 2 GKs per team.
    • You will get your team and schedule AT LineUP.  We do not provide this information beforehand. Please assume you will be playing until 7pm.
    • If you need to leave early, that is A-OK. We suggest in advance of the event, you email the caches you are interested in letting them know you need to leave early and may miss a tournament game or two.  This way, they will know not to look out for you when you are not there. Additionally, emailing them will help you create a stronger relationship with the coach.
    • POSITIONS: If your team has for example more  forwards than defenders, and if you are a forward - make sure you let the coach know you want to play the second half of the game in your primary position. The coaches are made aware to rotate positions, but it is also your responsibility to remind them of your primary position.
    • You can purchase film. More info HERE.
  • Your Login:
    • Login to your account HERE. This is where you can see everything you are registered for and manage your payment plan.
  • Parents and Fans:
    • Parents or fans are not allowed to film the college clinics.
    • Parents or fans are not allowed on the turf.
    • Parents are allowed to listen-in on the College Prep Q&A but we ask that you only ask questions when called on (we found that parents take over the conversation when we allow them to speak freely)
  • College Prep Q&A:
    • We will host a 40-minute College Prep Q&As with a handful of college coaches. This will occur at 1:10.
    • Athletes - please come prepared with questions to ask the college coaches! Better yet, bring a notepad and pen.
    • If you have a 1pm clinic, have a parent or teammate take notes for you.
    • This is designed to be an interactive and educational experience between the coach and the athlete. We are allowing parents to listen in (think you're a fly on the wall!) because we know how crucial a parent's role is in the recruiting process.
    • No check-in is required
  • Insurance:
    • We strongly suggest all athletes purchase cancellation insurance. This will protect you against sickness or injury. LineUP does not offer refunds or credits if you get sick or injured. More info HERE.

  • Check-in at least 30 minutes prior to your first clinic.
  • First clinics begin at 8.00am. LineUP staff will start check-in at 7:15am for the 8am clinics (note that if you come before 7:15am we will have you wait until 7:15am).
  • Last Clinic ends at 3.00pm.
  • At check-in you will collect your numbered bib and tournament schedule.
    •  You make your own clinic schedule when you sign-up for your clinic choices during "Phase 2" of the sign-up process.
  • Tournament begins at 3.30pm and ends at 7.00pm
  • Coach and Field locations will be posted at the event. It is the athletes responsibility to be at the correct location and on time.

It's a 3-step process

GKs - you will have a different registration process to register for your clinic to ensure GKs get their top clinics. This will be emailed to you and is also in the details section of the lineup you are interested in.

Phase I: Register for the Entry Fee

  1. March 20th at 6pm est.
  2. We have a free waitlist that does not require credit card info. We always let a group athletes off the waitlist at the beginning of phase 3. Make sure to check your email, as we will email you if you get off the waitlist.

Phase 2: College Clinic Sign-up  - for your top 3 clinics

  1. May 15 athletes can can register for their top 3 college clinic registrations.
  2. At that time, you will be provided with the registration link & password for the college clinics. You will then go in and select your top 3 clinics for $60/clinic.
    1. If you register for more than 3 clinics in this phase, our staff will randomly delete one of your clinics.
      1. This is to ensure all athletes get their top 3 clinics (we wouldn't want one athlete's 5th choice booking up another athlete's 1st choice, ya know?!)
    2. If you forget to register during this phase, you can register later - but most likely a handful of clinics could be sold-out by then.

It is our goal that every athlete gets to work with their top 3 coaches. During phase 2, if you do not get your top 3 clinics, please email so we can help. We cannot guarantee your top choices, but we will do everything in our power. If you are dissatisfied, we will offer you a full refund during this phase.

  2. At this time, we will also let a group of athletes off the waitlist.

  3. All athletes have the option to register for additional clinics.
    1. We encourage registering for 4 or 5 clinics, but strongly discourage from 6+ (you need breaks!)
