If you don't know us, the LineUP is a college coach co-op. It is a group of coaches who come together on 1 day, at 1 venue, to run anywhere from 42-100+ mini college clinics collectively. We created this concept last year with the goal to make it not only an extremely efficient talent ID model for coaches, but also to offer a value-packed day for high school athletes; who are empowered to choose their top programs of interest.  You get to work with athletes who are actually interested in your program.

In the form below, if there is a specific date/location that works best for you, make sure to specify it's your first choice. More details below the form.

This July we host 3 LineUP's:
July 16 in Boston
July 23 in Delaware
July 30 outside of  Philly

Sat, July 16th @ Harvard 

• • This is a 2-in-1 mega event. 1 astro & 2 field turfs next to each other.
    • DI clinics will be held on astro.
    • DII & DIII clinics will be held on the field turf.
  • This also lines up with the FIH camp which is that same week.
  • We will accept 30 to 36 coaches.

Sat, July 23 @ Delaware

• • This is a 2-in-1 mega event. 1 large astro & 1 x-large field turf 10 minute walk away.
    • DI clinics will be held on astro.
    • DII & DIII clinics will be held on the field turf.
  • This also lines up with the Delaware camp which is that same week.
  • 50 minutes south/west of Philly & 65 minutes north/east of Baltimore.
  • We will accept 30 to 36 coaches.

Sat, July 30 @ Ursinus 

• • This event will be primarily be DI with some DII & DIII clinics. 1 astro turf & 1 field turf next to each other.
  • 40 minute drive north/west of Philly
  • We will accept 17 to 20 coaches.

Our goal is to make the LineUP equitable and accessible for all coaches and all programs. Due to limited turf space at a given event, we have to limit coach numbers, since we are limited in the number of clinics that can fit on a pitch in one day.

Coaches and programs are typically accepted:

1.  based on demand and requests from athletes, families & club/high school coaches.
   1. There needs to be enough interest from athletes to register for your program's clinic at the event.
   2. The goal is that every clinic has at minimum 13 athletes interested ad registered to make it financially viable for you and us. (each clinic is capped at only 20 athletes)
   3. We find that coaches who promote the event before registration launch get a lot more signups!  Works both for you program and your pocket.
2. Your requests.
   1. In the form above, if there is a specific date/location that works best for you, make sure to specify it's your first choice.
   2. Our goal is to accommodate each coach's first choice.
   3. We will try to accommodate your 2nd choice as well!
3. First come first serve
   1. We will give first priority to coaches who fill out this form by Sunday, March 6th as we will be going live with registration very soon.
4. Head coach 
   1. If there is really strong interest in a particular date, we will give priority to head coaches who plan to attend/coach.

Compensation

Coaches are compensated $30/athlete for athletes who register to their clinic, PLUS $300 for the day. This additional stipend is offered in consideration of you staying, watching and coaching at the afternoon tourney which typically ends by 7:00pm.

Depending on the demand for your clinic, we've had some coaches make over $3,000.00 for the day.  Our minimum goal for you is at least $1,000.00 (one day!).

PLUS for those coaches that must travel to a LineUP venue, we pay and book your hotel for two nights.  Food is served all day at the LineUP, from 7AM to 7PM.

Each clinic is max'd at 18 field players and 2 goalies. Demand by athletes to attend your clinic will determine how many of your clinics can be scheduled in the day of the event.
